Granny’s fight for young stud ends in death

A 62-year-old widow in Vihiga county succumbed to injuries, after a fierce catfight with her 30-year-old secret lover’s other woman, during a sleepover.

The shocking cross-generational love triangle had been going on for quite some time, undetected.

On the fateful night, in a bid to spice their relationship, the granny paid his lover an impromptu visit with the intention of surprising him with a sleepover.

Dating

To her disappointment, the young man was not around. He had gone to a bar in a nearby market centre to have a tipple and shoot breeze. Luckily, she had his house’s spare key, which she used to open the door. His being a modest rural home without electricity and any form of entertainment to keep her busy, she chose to rest her tired bones in bed, as she waited for her man.

However, the young man, showed up much later in the night, with a younger woman he had secretly been dating in tow. Ignorant of the —fast asleep — granny’s presence in the house, they staggered to bed.

“The two tipsy lovebirds arrived, undressed each other and went straight to the bed.

They only noticed the granny upon landing on her as she grunted in pain,” a neighbour told Crazy Monday.

The granny was infuriated and demanded the man to chase the young woman or else face dire consequences.

Fuming

The young man who didn’t want to embarrass his younger woman, chose to ignore the granny’s threats and instead showed her (the granny) the door.

This caused a heated exchange with the granny quarrelling the young man. “Don’t I satisfy you any day that you invite me to your house? Why do you now go for this younger woman, when you know I am a phone call away?” the fuming granny posed.

The young man had already made up his mind in regard to who he wanted to entertain that night, and thus told her off. He asked her to go back to her home or else he was going to teach her a lesson that she will never forget.

“I’m tired of you inviting yourself here, and I want you to leave peacefully or risk being thrown out by force of which you will not like it,” the young man hissed.

Neighbours further revealed to Crazy Monday that a commotion —that was heard— ensued in the house. The three exchanged blows for the better part of the night, before the granny was dragged out of the house and dumped a few metres from the door.

Manhunt

During the tussle the granny got seriously injured and was admitted at the Vihiga Hospital in Mbale. The young man and his younger lover went missing after police launched a manhunt for them.

After a week, the granny succumbed to her injuries and has since been buried.

Crazy Monday has not so far gotten any information whether or not the two have since been arrested.
