A county representative from Western Kenya delayed his journey overseas, when prostitutes in Nairobi fleeced him off his travel documents and cash before leaving him half-naked.
The county representative was on the entourage of a governor who was travelling abroad, when the misfortune befell him.
According to a hanger-on — who is not authorised to talk to media on this matter — in the governor’s entourage, whispered to this writer that the said flamboyant county representative likes the devil’s drink to bits.
He claimed that on the eve of their journey, the county representative made a ‘technical disappearance’ by lying to the governor that he was going to check on his relatives —‘just for a few minutes’, when he went to a famous joint along River Road.

“When we got to the joint, the beast in him came out and he began heavy drinking, and even invited two prostitutes—whose body language seemed to be desperately begging for the mercy of the flamboyant county representative—to join them in partaking of the frothy drinks,” the insider intimated to Crazy Monday.
They enjoyed themselves for the better part of the night, before the county representative suggested they go for what he termed ‘kupigia mwili pole’ (to give our tired bodies some much-needed ‘rest’). The three proceeded to book themselves into a room—away from the noise and the many onlookers.
His friend further said that the County representative continued enjoying himself—silly for many hours, until around midnight when he decided to go and check on him.
Whereabouts
The concerned friend asked the attendants of the county representative’s whereabouts, and they told him he had gone to a room upstairs. But could not allow him in.
He pleaded with them that they were supposed to travel together abroad, early the following day and he was suspicious of the women the county representative was seen with. Finally, the attendants allowed him in.
“When I reached the room, I knocked on the door but there was no response. I tried to force my way in, and luckily realised that the door had not been locked,” he said.
Crime scene
Inside the ‘rest’ room, he found the county representative half naked and fast asleep with the hookers conspicuously missing at the crime scene.
After struggling to wake the county rep up, they realised that his travel documents and cash were missing.
“He had a lot of money on him, we warned him to leave some in his hotel room but he did not heed our counsel,” the insider intimated.
Word has it that the governor was so infuriated by his behaviour that he left him behind, as he processed his travel documents afresh and warned him that he risked missing out on many other future trips with him. Meanwhile, his despressed wife has gone silent on him.
