NAIROBI, KENYA: Justice Alfred Mabeya has dismissed election petition against Kajiado governor Dr. David Nkedianye on grounds his deputy did not hold a local degree.
The deputy governor holds a higher diploma certificate from Egerton University and a masters degree certificate from Riddins University
