Nairobi, Kenya: Infinix Mobility, makers of Infinix branded phones and one of the leading players in the smartphones and tablets industry, held the 2016 end of year Infinixer Fan Festival in Nairobi.
The festival is held annually to appreciate the Infinix Family stakeholders, ambassadors and users of Infinix electronic devices. This year’s event saw fans come together to enjoy a host of engaging activities and even get awarded. KTN won the best fan on twitter.
Speaking at the fan festival event Infinix Kenya Country Manager Carter Tang said that the company intends to offer devices that have superior functionality at affordable rates. He also thanked the Infinix family that was present at the event for the support.
“Our ultimate goal as Infinix Mobility Kenya is to ensure that users get a diverse range of devices that offer sophistication at extremely affordable rates and we intend to do this by tapping into the youth who are middle-incoming earners.” he said.
The festival came weeks after the mobile telephony provider launched its latest smartphone device, Zero 4 smartphone, into the Kenyan market targeting the ballooning middle class tier of the Kenyan economy and youth constituency. The device is currently retailing online at Ksh18, 499 and is being billed as an affordable yet sophisticated device that is sturdy and well-built and packed with so much technology with optimization and stability features.
“It is our hope that our innovations will continue to inspire Kenyans, and indeed all our customers across the globe, to continue being our ambassadors as we continue to provide you with the best in mobile telephony,” he said.
