Nairobi; Kenya: Jubilee insurance has partnered with ICAS Kenya to provide free health check-up for all its employees. The annual one-week-long programme will enable employees to undertake medical check-ups, including blood sugar, blood pressure, blood cholesterol, pap smear and prostate surface antigen, among others.
The programme is executed under the Jubilee Employee Wellness Programme. In addition, the programme gives employees and their immediate family members an opportunity to consult a doctor online.
The programme also offers support for issues such as legal suits, financial problems, relationships, writing of wills and property inheritance, among others. ICAS Kenya Managing Director Selina Kemama said health and wellness support at work enables employees to achieve good work-life balance resulting to increased productivity.
Jubilee Insurance CEO Patrick Tumbo said employees are an important asset to the organisation and their well-being is a priority.
