Payment and Terms
Payments must be made at our SBI offices. Please note, duty charges are applicable, and we recommend verifying exact amounts with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) before completing any purchase. Any variations in duty charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Viewing and Site Visits
We encourage on-site visits to help you make an informed decision. Site visits must be arranged in advance via email at sbi@sbi-kenya.co.ke or by calling 0711053500. Viewing hours are as follows:
- Weekdays: Regular business hours
- Saturday: Until midday
Buyers are responsible for handling their own tax assessments and bond releases with KRA before the release of any asset. Additionally, the transfer of ownership costs is the buyer’s responsibility.
