I would like to commend the police, public and other groups for taking action against the disturbing "Project X" party that was planned to take place in Nairobi. The fact that the party was based on an American film about teenage debauchery speaks volumes.
A Kenyan band has also released a music video in praise of homosexual behaviour in Kenya. The fact is Western culture is greatly influencing Kenyan youth culture. Unfortunately, Kenyan parents and youth are not discerning and thus accept these cultures without question.
Many Kenyans do not appreciate their African culture and Western culture has come in to the fill the gap. The West is very adept at propaganda through media and we have to be alive to this fact. The government, church and parents should wake up and stop our youth from being destroyed by evil ways.
Internet porn sites should be blocked like is done in the UAE. Media should also be restricted from promoting decadent lifestyles. The Kenya Film Classification Board should be tough on movie vendors selling adult movies/series to minors.
