In a room where people unanimously maintain a conspiracy of silence, one word of truth is like a gunshot, similarly the main challenges facing Kenya population, Africa and the world at large is not corruption, terrorism, mass killings and assassinations, tribalism, racism, diseases or destructive politics not even the wicked ideologies but people, may they be subjects, rulers, rich or poor, simply they never advocate for the truth.
Silence becomes cowardice when the occasion demands speaking out the whole truth, acting accordingly. When citizens abide by the truth, how will corruption and other social evils come in? No one can and will either attempt to rob you of your tax and or deprive you constitutional rights.
The truth tears a nation from its inmost slavery, never be afraid to raise your voice for truth and honest compassion against injustice and greed, if people all over the world can do this, unquestionably it would change the earth.
The able, disabled, leaders and Kenya’s collective family of citizens, a nation needs more people speaking out, this country is not over run with free thinkers but sheep and conformists. When the truth rules, I don’t understand how that popular materialistic politician, chief, church leader or neighbor will kill you to get the piece of land you own. Similarly an organization bound by truth and justice cannot mistreat, sack without notice or delay workers’ salaries, but all in all, what gives rise to these evil vices is just materialism. Silence encourages the tormentor never the tormented.
If the truth stands, how will the controversial Imams “radicalize” and brainwash poor youths? Disarming of radical communities then purchasing deadly weapons and building walls in efforts to contain insecurity in Kenya is useful as installing a WIFI server in a cemetery. Undeniably dishonest detectives cannot secure a nation from the hands of militants, not even a village.
It stoutly sounds satirical, a corporation CEO condemning a County Governor of corruption, they suffer the same flu, truth is not a word in their dictionaries thus corruption of all forms, racism, tribalism, mass killings and vandalizing of public parastatals and other resources with the likes of mumias sugar company and Kenya airways. Poor nations are hungry, rich nations are proud; pride and hunger will never be at variance.
What makes a nation? A nation is a group of people with identical historical background living within a sovereign political boundary. All we need to know is that nationality is the miracle of political independence: Race is the principle of physical analogy; tribalists should take this to bank too.
Nations like heavenly bodies, are entitled to eclipse, all is well provided the light returns, the eclipse does not become an endless night, so to us, why shouldn’t we reform Kenya? Embracing the truth is a powerful tool that can with no time super change a nation having eliminated the rot in our society. The power of a country depends absolutely on the quantity of good men and women on it.
