The Mary Pickford Cocktail has a boozy, sweet and sour taste. The pale pink drink brings the perfect balance between fruity flavours and the spirit of the rum.

With just one standard drink, you are guaranteed to feel good. It contains 16.37 per cent and 18.8 grams of pure alcohol. So, if you are a “lightweight,” drink the enticing cocktail with discipline in mind. 

Ingredients:

Light Gold Rum (1-3-year-old molasses column) (60 ml.)

Pineapple juice (45 ml.)

Luxardo Maraschino liqueur (5 ml.)

Grenadine or Pomegranate syrup (5 ml.)

Ice cubes.

Method:

Start by choosing a Coupe glass and pre-chilling it. Prepare a garnish of Luxardo Maraschino cherry in another container while the Coupe glass chills.

Pour light gold rum, pineapple juice, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur and grenadine or pomegranate syrup (depending on the one you prefer) into a cocktail shaker.

Then, add ice cubes into the shaker. Carefully shake the solution to combine completely.

Strain finely into the chilled Coupe glass. Garnish your cocktail with the Luxardo Maraschino Cherry you had prepared earlier and enjoy!!

Garnish is optional, but it is recommended to make your cocktail look presentable and delicious.
