500g minced meat
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Salt to taste
3 tablespoons white vinegar
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
1 onion, diced
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon curry powder
100g tomato paste
A handful of fresh coriander
Juice of 1 lime
Method:
Saute the onions until soft, then add in the minced garlic and ginger. Follow with the cumin seeds, turmeric powder and black pepper. Mix well until fragrant.
Now add in the tomatoes and cook until they are mashed. Put in the marinated minced meat, curry powder and tomato paste.
Mix well and then add the curry powder and fresh coriander and finish off with the juice of 1 lime. Cook until water is evaporated and the minced meat is almost dry.
Use this as a topping over the boiled pasta.
For the pasta
1 packet pasta, boiled with salt
250ml plain yoghurt
When serving, put the pasta on a plate and add the plain yoghurt on top. Finish off with the cooked minced meat.
