1kg mutton chunks
1/2 cup white vinegar
3 onions, sliced
1 green pepper cut into small cubes

1 tomato, crushed
1 tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Handful of fresh mint, chopped
1/2 cup water
400ml coconut milk
2 Knorr beef cubes
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
Fresh mint to garnish
What to do:
Put the mutton in a bowl with the white vinegar and leave to tenderise for about 15 minutes. Place the mutton in a pot, add 1 litre of water and cook until tender.
In a separate pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the onions until soft. Add the garlic paste, then the boiled mutton and cook until golden brown.
Add the tomato puree, chilli flakes and black pepper. Mix well. Add 1/2 glass of water and then crumble in the 2 Knorr beef cubes.
Continue cooking until the liquid is almost reduced.
Add the green pepper, mix well, add the coconut milk and continue to cook until it thickens and the coconut milk begins to release its natural oils.
Sprinkle with fresh mint and serve with naan bread. Enjoy!
