A few weeks ago, Kabete MP aspirant Charles Chege Fresh went missing and there were allegations of kidnap after his car was found at Gitaru with bullet holes. His disappearance sparked protests among his supporters
He was later found out of sorts but alive in Narok and claimed that he had been captured and could not remember much.
Some Kenyans did not buy the story and claimed he had staged the kidnap to gain sympathy votes.
But that said, after Tuesday primaries, the aspirant turned out not to be too fresh after he was floored by opponent James Kamau.
Kenyans have posted their reactions on Twitter.
