Justin Bieber has reportedly swapped the palm tree lined streets of sunny Los Angeles for the rain drenched hedges of an exclusive north London street.
The 22-year-old pop star is no stranger to renting pricey properties, but his latest sprawling digs are believed to be setting him back £108,333 a month - almost £1.3 million a year.
The 24,000 sq ft property, which was built in 1910 and has undergone a series of renovations of renovations, boasts a bathroom made from 12 types of Italian marble.
It also boasts an outdoor pool, spa, tennis court and wine cellar.
He's already been spotted enjoying himself at an Essex boozer where he was snapped tucking into a home-cooked meal and drinking a pint of milk instead of beer.
He was also seen partying at trendy nightclub Tape with World Cup winner Mesut Ozil over the weekend.
The north London street is home to foreign diplomats and members of the aristocracy.

A builder who saw him at the property said the pop star was on his own and all he said was "no photos" to fans.
