Nigeria: Man arrested for naming dog after President Buhari

A Nigerian man who named his dog after President Muhammadu Buhari was arrested for breach of the peace.

Joe Fortemose Chinakwe walked Buhari, after painting the name on both sides of the dog, in an area where support for the president was high, police said.
