A prominent politician is pitted in an unlikely war with his son whose girlfriend he has been having a romantic affair with, MondayBlues has learned.
The disgruntled son, a university student told MondayBlues that after introducing the girl to his dad over a lunch date, she developed an interest in him and the two started a secret affair.
“I was shocked after going through their telephone conversation to learn that they have been having an affair with trips organised out of town. My dad has been avoiding me over the matter and I just want to leave the girl to him,” the young man told MondayBlues, seeking anonymity. Asked if he would let his mother know he said: “It’s too much crap. Am not sure I need parents anymore.”
