Six Kenyan nurses have been nominated to conduct male circumcision in Swaziland.
The women from Nyanza Reproductive Health Society will spend 25 days in Swaziland helping provide medical male circumcision for HIV prevention to 406 clients at three major hospitals.
The Hospitals are, Mankayane, Raleigh Fitkin Memorial and Piggs Peak hospitals.
The Kenyan nurses, along with three medical doctors from Ethiopia, have travelled to Swaziland.
On Thursday, a co-coordinating team member Beaforn Mosoti, confirmed the nurses will be there for 20 days.
The nurses will support Swaziland’s efforts to step up male circumcision programmes in the country.
