Kitui Governor Julius Malombe has appealed to county residents to give him another term in office.

Dr Malombe Thursday said he had the will, spirit and desire to serve for a second term to bring the change lacking for half a century.

Speaking at various centres in Kitui Rural constituency during meet-the-people tours, the governor said his government was committed to equitable development in all the wards.

"Every ward is alive with live-changing development projects. If you give me a second chance, I will devote myself more to serving you with honesty and dedication," he said. He was accompanied by his executive members and some MCAs.
