Communication Authority unveils new charter, puts in place a monitoring tool

The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) has automated its service delivery in efforts to boost customer experience. The authority has reviewed its service charter and put in place a new monitoring tool aimed at helping evaluate its responsiveness to customer needs. The CA announced the latest developments yesterday as it relaunched its external service charter dubbed ‘Our Promise’. Speaking during the event, CA Director General Francis Wangusi said the authority is committed to the highest standard of service delivery. “The authority is committed to ensuring it maintains high standards in its operations and also to retain a highly skilled workforce i,” said Mr Wangusi.
