There is set to be a three-way Premier League battle to sign Alvaro Morata this summer, according to Squawka.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are all reportedly maintaining their interest in the Spain international striker.

Real Madrid have confirmed that Morata will rejoin them after buying him back from Juventus as part of their initial transfer agreement.

But they will consider selling him on for around £40million later in the summer and it is the trio of English clubs leading the race.

However, no decision will be made by Real until manager Zinedine Zidane has assessed Morata during pre-season training - and might yet decide to keep him.
