Nairobi female MCAs are well endowed and have the looks, Speaker Alex ole Magelo has claimed.
“The beauty of Nairobi County Assembly is that it has the most beautiful women in Kenya,” Magelo told the Assembly on June 30.
The debate on women and beauty started when nominated MCA Rose Nancy Luchiri stood to contribute to House business donning a sleeveless top that showed her bosom.
Deputy Speaker Kennedy Ngondi interjected saying Luchiri was not properly dressed. His sentiments led to murmurs in the house with some MCAs claiming that Nancy was actually cute and despondently dressed.
In haste, Luchiri wore a sweater just before Speaker Magelo could get a glimpse of her.
“Inappropriate dress. I did not have a proper look of her,” said Magelo. An apologetic Luchiri told the House that: “Mr Speaker I am sorry. I am taking medicine so I was feeling hot”.
The members burst in laughter before the Speaker expressed his admiration for the female members.
