Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba could be on his way to Barcelona in the summer of 2016

Barcelona have reportedly agreed a £64million deal with Juventus to sign Paul Pogba, reports Independent.

Pogba, 22, has been strongly linked with clubs including Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City despite a reported €100 million price tag.

According to reports in Gazzetta dello Sport, officials from Juventus and Barcelona have agreed a fee of £57m which could rise by a further £7m with add-ons.

Despite reports that City are confident of signing the French midfielder, it is revealed that the Blues are still to submit a formal offer.

Chelsea were looking to use Oscar as part of a deal plus £35m to secure the former Manchester United player's services.

Barcelona will not be making any signings this summer because of a transfer embargo, which was put upon them after they fielded ineligible youth players.

Barcelona could land Pogba for a reduced fee by suggesting he stays in Turin for one more year.
