Their beef has been raging since the day Bahati accused him of stealing his songs; perhaps because before Bahati checked into the scene, Willy Paul was considered King! Even though they seemed to bury the hatchet a few months ago a lot was left unsaid.
Most of their fans however, are not sure if Willy Paul and Bahati are friends as they claim. Their doubts once again came to play when Bahati toppled Willy Paul in the recently concluded Groove Awards where he scooped four major awards as Paul walked home with nothing, forcing team Team Bahati and Team Willy Paul to clash in support of their stars.
Perhaps this is the reason why renowned comedian Churchill invited him to his Churchill Show to shed light on his relationship with Bahati.
At the show recording, Willy Paul did not flinch. He narrated his relationship with Bahati, saying Bahati is like his younger brother and that they normally advise each other when things go wrong. To further drive his point home, he said that the beef between was a creation of the media.
