A section of Turkana MPs have demanded immediate action on insecurity in the region. Led by Turkana South MP James Lomenen, the leaders lamented that the problem was getting out of hand.
Speaking in Lodwar town Friday, the MP said:"We have talked about the insecurity issues for too long. The government should provide security to the people at the volatile borders. What happened in Kajiado Central is just the beginning and should be a lesson."
