Jaguar comes through for Bishop Ben Bahati

Local News

Gospel people have a way of coming together and helping each other through tough situations and it now seems that this bug is catching with the secular artistes too. Soon after Bishop Ben Bahati survived a grisly road accident, top players came together to amass funds from any well-wishers so they could offset Bishop's hospital bill which was estimated to be in millions of shillings and may keep rising due to daily care and treatments. To help in the cause Rufftone, Daddy Owen, Dr. Ofweneke, Gloria Muliro, Lady B, Njesh wa Kabz and other artistes came together at the Nairobi Baptist Church to pray and help reconcile funds.

"One Centimeter" hit singer Jaguar was among the few secular artistes who came through to the fundraising concert and supported Bishop. "I know Bishop has transformed this industry in very many ways. So it is time for us to give back and help him through this situation." Jaguar said. To put words into action, he gave a lump-sum and so did the other artistes. Overtime, Bishop has been recuperating and we hope that he gets through this successfully.
