Nairobi, Kenya: March 4 elections presidential candidate Martha Karua on Thursday engaged in a heated online exchange with Twitter user over claims by the defence of Deputy President William Ruto that Karua was among officials of the past regime who fixed him fixed him over the 2007 post-election violence, effectively landing him to the International Criminal Court.
